Due to physical distancing requirements, church will look a little different. Our building will be limited in capacity so we created a new SAVE YOUR SEAT system for our in-person gatherings. Learn more below. We know that some of you may not be ready or able to gather in person, and that’s okay! We’ll still be streaming all of our services at online.overflowchurch.org and on YouTube and Facebook
We are asking that every attendee save their seat for the gathering time of their choice—check out
the available gatherings to choose from below! When you SAVE YOUR
SEAT, you will be able to reserve seats for your entire household by selecting the number of
seats you want—please be sure to include all kids and students joining you in the service.
Please note: We will be utilizing our “Save Your
Seat” feature to reserve seats each week until we no longer have to observe current social
distancing requirements.

Yes. To ensure physical distancing, we request everyone who plans to attend a gathering in person to pre-register using the SAVE YOUR SEAT website. This step is an added layer of safety for our congregation. If an individual or family forgets to register, they may be able to attend depending on how full the service is. They will, however, have their names entered into the system to RSVP for the current or next available service.
Just the email confirmation on your phone that you RSVP’d for the service you’re attending. Show it to a guest service team member on your way in and you’ll be good to go!
Our online registration has been limited, making room for attendees who do not have the ability to register, whether they are first time guests who simply show up and were not aware of the Save Your Seat process or they drove by the church and see that we are hosting gatherings and their church has not yet begun meeting—or no internet access to reserve online seating. Attendees will, however, be requested to have their names added to the Save Your Seat system.
When you pull onto Overflow’s property, we ask that you park leaving one parking space between your car and the car beside you when possible.
Wearing a mask at 9:01AM is mandatory and highly encouraged at all other services. Our staff and volunteers will be in masks for all services. If you would like opt for an even higher precaution service, we encourage you to attend online at online.overflowchurch.org.
We encourage everyone to go directly into the sanctuary and find their seats. We want to make the experience as touch-free as possible and we will not have any consumables in any of our services. That means, we will not be handing out currents or Bibles—and encourage attendees to bring their own Bibles or download the YouVersion Bible app to follow along with the message. The Coffee Bar will be closed and coffee will not be served. Restroom use will be monitored using social distancing and will be cleaned and sanitized regularly. One household allowed per restroom at a time.
A smile to share with everyone. A mask if desired. A spirit of expectancy. A heart of worship and prayer.
The 9:01AM and 11:01AM services will be in-person and online on Facebook and online.overflowchurch.org. One additional benefit to being in-person is a chance to connect! Ask staff questions, kids can connect in Overflow Kids, and have human contact with people who don't share a home with you.
There is a possibility that some of our church family are unable to register online for a gathering. We ask that they contact the church office at 269.926.1191 on or before Thursday at noon and we will help you get registered.
Yes, with social distancing in effect.
We ask that everyone in attendance practice physical distancing and use common sense. Those who want to take higher precautions are encouraged to remain seated until the majority of guests have left or until they feel comfortable exiting.
Yes! We will "see" and chat with you Sundays during all of our services at online.overflowchurch.org. We will also be live on Facebook with hosts during the services each week!
Each week our team will clean the building. Between services we will also ensure that all areas that are used will be sanitized for maximum safety.
Give in person by dropping your offering into a giving box (located at the back and side of the Sanctuary).

Join Pastor Jarvis' email list to stay up to date on "all things" KIDS, including simple steps to register your child for church. Prefer to stay at home with your family? No problem! Yes! And we're ready! If you attend the 9:01AM service, your students will be seated with you. Please include them in your number when you Save Your Seat. REMIX Café will meet in person Sundays at 11:01AM as well as continue to meet online on Instagram Live @overflowremix during this phase. Connect with Pastor Jarvis here.
We will work closely with the hospital and local authorities to provide contact analysis as well as necessary information for those affected to quarantine and get tested as necessary. The benefit of the RSVP system is that we will already have that information ready to go upon request and as needed.
