God pours in, we pour out.
Overflowing southwest Michigan with the love of Jesus.
Overflow exists to reach the un-churched and de-churched in our world, journeying together as we learn how to passionately follow Jesus and joyfully serve others.
Our beliefs express what we hold as foundational to our faith – the essential understanding of our faith, recognizing our need to surrender our lives to Christ, and aligning our lives with Truth in Scripture.
Overflow is a member of the Wesleyan Denomination and we believe in one God, who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe He is the Savior of every person who puts his/her faith in Him alone for eternal life. We believe that those who receive new life in Christ are called to be holy in character and conduct, and can only live this way by being filled with the Lord’s Spirit. We believe in the Bible and seek to establish our faith and actions on its teaching. We believe God wants people everywhere to know Him and that the purpose of the Church is to tell the world about Christ through its worship, witness, and loving deeds. Overflow Church ascribes to the Wesleyan statement of Beliefs.
Our values are central to the way we express our beliefs – our collective and living response to what we believe. These values are the demonstration, the “overflow”, of who we are and who we’re becoming as we live out God’s call on our individual and collective lives as a church.
